We have received your order and are now processing your booking. Please check your e-mail for a summary of your order and payment receipt from Paypal.
Within the next 48 hours you will receive your booking confirmation voucher(s), directly from the tour provider (Caribbean Dream), containing the confirmed pickup time and location. If your tour date is within these 48 hours, your order will be rushed and you’ll receive your voucher in time for your excursion.
What if I don’t receive my voucher(s) within 48 hours?
Please check your Spam/Junk folder just in case your voucher(s) got delivered there instead of your inbox.
Note: once you receive your voucher you must print out a copy and bring it with you the day of the tour.

1- Tours are non-refundable for no show.
2- To ensure timely processing, cancellations must be requested directly to the tour provider at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pick up time or there will be no refund. To cancel your tour please send an e-mail to email@example.com with your name and voucher number. You can also call 844-DR-TOURS (toll free from USA and Canada) or 809-552-6862 (Dominican Republic & other countries).
3- If there is inclement weather where the excursion cannot take place, the tour will be rescheduled. If the rescheduling cannot be done, your money will be refunded.
