What is the cancellation policy?
  • Tours are non-refundable for no show
  • Cancellations MUST be made 72 hours in advance of the scheduled pick up time or there will be no refund.
  • If there is inclement weather and the tour cannot take place, the tour will be rescheduled at your earliest convenience. If the rescheduling cannot be done you will receive a 100% refund.
Can I book this tour once I get there?

iHeartDR tours can only be booked online. It is recommended you pre book your tour(s) to avoid disappointment as many of the iHeartDR tours are very popular, and can be sold out early. If you wish to wait and book at the destination, you will need to contact a local tour provider and pay full price.

Do you offer discounts for booking more than one tour?

iHeartDR works with many different tour providers throughout the Dominican Republic and each booking is made separately with each tour provider. Therefore, iHeartDR cannot offer discounts for multiple bookings.

Is my credit card safe?

iHeartDR uses Paypal to process all payments which securely encrypts your personal information and your credit card is available only to you and the credit card companies. This encryption makes doing business on the Internet as secure as making purchases by telephone.

It has been more than 48 hours since I booked and I have not received my voucher(s)

Voucher confirmations sometimes take a little longer than 48 hours, especially over weekends and holidays. iHeartDR will do everything possible to secure a confirmation. Please contact us using the form on the right if it has been well over 48 hours and you still haven’t received your voucher or any other communication from iHeartDR.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Unless the weather directly affects the tour you have booked, all tours will operate as scheduled. If the tour is cancelled for bad weather or any other reason we will contact you to try to reschedule at your earliest convenience, if a later date for you to go on the tour cannot be arranged we will refund 100% of your money.

I need to change the date of my tour

Please contact us using the form on the right or via email ( including the details of your existing booking, plus the details of the new dates you wish to change to. Not all requests will be able to be fulfilled, however we will do everything we can to ensure you get the dates you wish. All changes MUST be requested well before 72 hours prior to the tour date.
