The time on the zip lines is approximately 25-35 minutes with about 10-20 minutes of gearing up and safety instructions and about 25 minutes of snack break. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately the tours in Punta Cana pick up from listed hotels only. What we recommend in these cases is selecting a nearby hotel to where you’re staying and wait for the transportation on the entrance of the hotel. Should you decide to do it this way please leave a note during checkout indicating you’re not staying at this hotel so we can let the driver know to pick you up at the main entrance instead of the lobby.

My family and I will be staying at Dreams La Romana in June, and we’d like to do some zip lining. We have eight adults, one 15-year-old, one 11-year-old, and one 8-year-old. I do not see Dreams La Romana as a hotel option on your website. Will you provide transportation from Dreams La Romana? If so, could you tell me what the total cost would be for each adult and child, since it appears I am not able to book it online? Additionally, we have three more adults in our group that do not want to zip line. Do you have a fee you charge for someone who would like to come along with the group, but not participate in the activity?

Finally, we were thinking we’d like to zip line on either June 5th or June 6th. Do you have many cruise ship guests who are there for the day? If so, do you know if either the 5th or the 6th or both days will be busier due to cruise ship guests?
