Hi Alyssa, you are correct, your hotel is not listed for pickup. Unfortunately this means that the transport does not pick up on the Blue Beach hotel. What many visitors do in this situation is select a nearby hotel from the list and wait at the main entrance to be picked up. The Dreams Palm Beach is at a distance of 11 minutes walking from the Blue Beach in case this option interests you. Hola Emilie, There’s a lunch break between the two activities and there are lockers and restrooms with changing areas available so you can change before going to Hoyo Azul =)

Should I wear my swimsuit while ziplining or is there a place to change once i get to hoyo azul?

While your husband and your other child zip line you are more than welcome to wait for them on the lobby of the park where it’s cool and comfortable. I have the same question as Laura Wentz. I have a 3 year old who would not be able to zipline but my husband will zipline with my 6 year old. Is there a way my son and I meet them?

One person in our group of 4 does not plan to zipline. Is there a seperate tour we could book so that person could meet us for the Hoyo Azule portion?

Yes Letiche, Free roundtrip transportation is available from and to the Tropical Princess. During the zip line part of the excursion you’ll be climbing, crouching and some walking. To reach Hoyo Azul you will walk for about 15 minutes (easy trek). Our cancellation policy is as follows:

– Tours are non-refundable for no show
– Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pick up time or there will be no refund.
– Should a tour be cancelled due to bad weather we will reschedule at your earliest convenience. If your dates are not flexible and the rescheduling cannot be done a full refund will be issued.
